This review is from: Transcend 16 GB JetFlash 700 Super Speed USB 3.0 Flash Drive TS16GJF700 (Personal Computers) When I received my Transcend 16GB flash drive I found that I had to wiggle it in the USB port to find a "sweet spot" where it would function. I tried a second port, then multiple ports on a second computer; same result. I don't know if my particular device is defective or if this represents a flaw in the product line. My main complaint, however, is with the seller ANTOnline (Atlanta Online Technologies). When I contacted them through Amazon, they informed me that I was responsible for return shipping and refused to provide a mailer. This is a small item, and I am sure shipping would be less than $10, but I refuse to pay shipping on a defective product. I make a lot of online purchases (mainly through Amazon), and while I rarely have to return anything, I have NEVER had a company refuse to accommodate me. I will not do business with this company again.
